Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing loyalty.vr-arena.games (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by SPATIAL COMPUTING ENTERTAINMENT (also referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company"), registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern your use of this marketing website only. Separate agreements apply to the VRArena Loyalty platform itself and are provided to customers upon entering into a service contract.
2. Description of the Site
This Site is a marketing and informational website for the VRArena Loyalty product — a loyalty and retention platform for VR clubs and location-based entertainment venues. The Site allows prospective customers to learn about the product and submit demo requests.
The Site does not provide access to the VRArena Loyalty platform itself. Use of the platform is governed by a separate service agreement between SPATIAL COMPUTING ENTERTAINMENT and the customer.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
- Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact form;
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without our prior written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of SPATIAL COMPUTING ENTERTAINMENT or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Site content without our express written permission is prohibited.
5. Contact Form Submissions
By submitting a demo request or inquiry through our contact form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make such an inquiry on behalf of your organisation. You consent to SPATIAL COMPUTING ENTERTAINMENT contacting you in response to your submission.
We will not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- Information obtained from the Site will be accurate or reliable;
- Any defects in the Site will be corrected.
Information on the Site — including product descriptions, metrics, and case studies — is provided for illustrative and marketing purposes. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SPATIAL COMPUTING ENTERTAINMENT shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits — regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, policies, or any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
